In an effort to ensure IngramSpark’s platform remains as secure as possible, older and less-secure website browsers will no longer be supported after June 11, 2018. While this change should affect a very small percentage of users, we ask that you test your website browser’s compatibility now to ensure you're able to access your IngramSpark account when changes go into effect June 11, 2018.
Our customers would have received an email from us about these changes, and you'll also start to see messages about these changes within your IngramSpark dashboard and on our login and create account pages. The only reason we're notifying you in so many ways is because we want to ensure you're able to access your account BEFORE the change takes places versus you finding yourself locked out with no understanding as to why after the change! Like we mentioned, this will affect very few users as most will already be operating on up-to-date web browsers, but we recommend you check now versus later, just to be on the safe side.
