Update Your Web Browser Before June 11, 2018

In an effort to ensure IngramSpark’s platform remains as secure as possible, older and less-secure website browsers will no longer be supported after June 11, 2018. While this change should affect a very small percentage of users, we ask that you test your website browser’s compatibility now to ensure you're able to access your IngramSpark account when changes go into effect June 11, 2018.

Our customers would have received an email from us about these changes, and you'll also start to see messages about these changes within your IngramSpark dashboard and on our login and create account pages. The only reason we're notifying you in so many ways is because we want to ensure you're able to access your account BEFORE the change takes place versus you finding yourself locked out with no understanding as to why after the change! Like we mentioned, this will affect very few users as most will already be operating on up-to-date web browsers, but we recommend you check now versus later, just to be on the safe side.

How to Check If My Browser Will Be Compatible Come June 11, 2018

When testing your browser compatibility, if you see the below message, you’re operating on a browser that will be supported when the changes go into effect on June 11, 2018. You're good to go! There is no further action required.

If your "user agent" (also known as your website browser) does not receive the above message, you will need to update to a newer version of your current website browser in order to access your IngramSpark account after June 11, 2018. You can download the newest version of the most popular browsers below. Follow the instructions presented by each web service provider:

We cannot stress enough that after June 11, 2018, you will no longer be able to access your IngramSpark account using browsers other than the ones listed above.
