Eligibility:In order to be eligible for entry into the Promotion, you must be: a) a legal resident of the Contiguous US and 18 years or older at the time of entry b) a current, active IngramSpark® customer in good standing. Void where prohibited. All entries submitted with the aid of any device capable and with the purpose of generating automatic entries shall not be accepted.
How to Enter:
Order twenty or more copies of any production-ready book (or books) within your own IngramSpark account by entering promotion code GIVEAWAY.
Upon placing an order, you will be entered into the Promotion drawing. Three (3) names will be drawn to win. If your name is drawn, you will receive an email from IngramSpark with the subject line, Order Giveaway Winner. Winners will receive an additional 20 complimentary copies of a title (or combination of titles) from their account. Winner must provide valid and complete ISBN’s for production-ready copies only within 14 days of notice of award. Only one entry per person per drawing period will be valid. Shipping is available to US addresses only.
All entrants and entries are subject to verification by us. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. By entering the Promotion, you agree to being placed on our e-mail and marketing mailing lists; to receive promotional updates, information and other marketing materials from Ingram Content Group and/or our affiliated and subsidiary companies and other third parties, for purposes of advertising additional services and offerings we think may interest you.

Promotion Period:
The Promotion shall begin at 12:01am (all times Central Standard Time) on April 22, 2024 and end at 11:59pm May 5, 2024. Three (3) winners will be randomly drawn from eligible entries on May 10, 2024. The lucky winner will be contacted on our before May 15, 2024.
Prize:
IngramSpark will randomly select three (3) winners from eligible entries to receive 20 printed complimentary copies of any production-ready book or book(s) within your own IngramSpark account. IngramSpark will administer the Promotion in its sole discretion, including selecting potential winners, validating entries, and awarding prizes. IngramSpark’s decisions with respect to this Promotion are final.
To request confirmation of the winner, please submit a request to us within 30 days of this Promotion at Ingram Content Group Attn: Promotions/ IngramSpark Marketing 14Ingram Blvd. LaVergne, TN. 37086. We will confirm the Promotional Period ended and a winner was selected.
Odds of Winning; Taxes; Etc.:
Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. The prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner if two (2) attempts to contact winner by e- mail are not successful, or if prize is otherwise not claimed. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) will be permitted, except we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. The prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
Representation, Warranties, Rights of Ownership:
By entering this Promotion, you grant us the right to display your name as a winner of the prize. You additionally waive all privacy/publicity rights or other legal or moral rights that might preclude our use of your submission, and agree not to sue or assert any claim against us for any such use.
Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our agencies and affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, and any of their employees (collectively, the "Indemnitees"), harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) and liabilities (including settlements), brought or asserted by any third party against any of the Indemnitees due to or arising out of the use of any element of your submission, including but not limited to claims for trademark infringement, copyright infringement, violation of an individual's right of publicity or right of privacy, or defamation.
