   I can't view the link an author sent me. What should I do?

If you can’t purchase a book via the purchase link, the author has either made the link inactive, or the book is temporarily unavailable. Check back later to see if the link is active. You may want to contact the author, as they control the status of each link.

   How long will it take to fulfill my order?

Orders typically print and ship within 2 to 3 business days; however, actual service times may vary.

   How can I check the status of my order?

You will receive an email confirming your order and an email when your order ships. The shipping email will include a tracking number if you selected a trackable shipping method (anything other than basic shipping).

   Can I cancel my order or change my order’s address?

We are unable to edit or cancel previously submitted orders.

   I purchased a book from an IngramSpark author. How will that charge appear on my credit card statement?

For orders completed in the US, your credit card statement will show a charge from LIGHTNINGSRC/INGMSPK. Orders produced and shipped within the UK will show a charge from LIGHTNING SOURCE.

   There’s a problem with my order.

Please submit a request to our customer service team. You’ll need the email address used at checkout and the order number provided in your order confirmation email.

   Can I get a refund?

We do not support refunds, but you can submit a request to report an issue with your order. We will usually print and ship replacement books within 2 to 3 business days of resolving your request.
