1. After second paragraph: Addition of a new section (now (v): IngramSpark Data Supply Terms and Conditions (hyperlink). 
  2. Addition of “or other versions of a book meant to be consumed by means other than print,” to the definition of Digital Titles. 
  3. The following was moved from Section 5.4.1 to Section 4.3: “Additionally, Lightning Source may suspend or terminate a Publisher’s account: (1) as necessary to preserve its business, status and/or reputation; (2) to reduce or mitigate its exposure (either real or perceived) to intellectual property infringement disputes; or (3) as otherwise permitted in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.” 
  4. Section 4.2: Addition of IngramSpark’s ability to terminate accounts inactive greater than six months. 
  5. Section 5.1.2 now includes IngramSpark’s ability to set titles as non-returnable, as necessary. 
  6. Section 5.1.3 Share and Sell is limited to Publisher’s direct commercial use and Purchase Links cannot be resold. Payment is in accordance with Section 8. 1.1.1. 
  7. Section 5.2: Digital Sales retailers list is available upon request, removing the hyperlink.  Territory distribution will be in accordance with provided metadata. 
  8. Section 5.4: Restating IngramSpark’s right to remove a title from the services. 
  9. Section 5.4.5 restating IngramSpark’s right to make or require titles be non-returnable. 
  10. Section 8.4. Title revision fees and e-book fees are only invoiced in USD. 
  11. Section 13. Excluding publisher indemnity obligations related to the limitation of liability.
