Eligibility: In order to be eligible for entry into the Promotion, you must be: a) a legal resident of the Contiguous US and 18 years or older at the time of entry. b) a current IngramSpark® customer in good standing. Void where prohibited. All entries submitted with the aid of any device capable and with the purpose of generating automatic entries shall not be accepted.
How to Enter:
Successfully complete the form found at https://www.ingramspark.com/wipsummit. Entrant must provide full name and e-mail address.
Upon successful completion of the form, you will be entered into the drawing. Three (3) names will be drawn. If your name is drawn, you will be required to place your book order prior to December 31, 2024. Upon the successful completion of the requirements contained within these Official Rules, IngramSpark/Lightning Source will cover costs for: twenty-five (25) printed books at economy-level printing and UPS Ground Rate shipping (total cost not to exceed $750.00). Only one entry per person per drawing period will be valid.
Failure to submit all required information will result in disqualification. All entrants and entries are subject to verification by us. Entries will not be acknowledged or returned. The selected winner will be responsible for placing book order.
By entering the Promotion, you agree to being placed on our e-mail and marketing mailing lists; to receive promotional updates, information and other marketing materials from Ingram Content Group and/or our affiliated and subsidiary companies and other third parties, for purposes of advertising additional services and offerings we think may interest you.

The winner will be required to submit all requested documents and receipts for any amount(s) requested to be reimbursed (Total cost of reimbursement not to exceed $750.00).
Promotion Period:
The Promotion shall begin at 12:01am (all times Central Standard Time) on September 30, 2023 and end at 11:59 pm September 30, 2024. Three (3) winners will be randomly drawn from eligible entries. Two (2) winners will be selected during the 2024 Women in Publishing Summit. One (1) winner will be selected on September 30, 2024. The first two winners will be contacted on or before the first day after the end of the 2024 Women in Publishing Summit. The third winner will be selected on contacted no later than October 1, 2024.
Prize:
Three (3) winners will be randomly selected to receive the following prize: twenty-five (25) printed books at economy-level printing and UPS Ground Rate shipping (total cost not to exceed $750.00).
To request confirmation of the winners, please submit a request to us at Ingram Content Group Attn: Promotions/ IngramSpark Marketing 14 Ingram Blvd. LaVergne, TN. 37086. We will confirm the Promotional Period ended and a winner was selected.
Odds of Winning; Taxes; Etc.:
Odds of winning a prize depend on the number of eligible entries received. ALL FEDERAL, STATE AND LOCAL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF THE PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNING LIBRARY. The prize will be awarded to the library employer of the prize winner. The prize may be forfeited and awarded to an alternative winner if two (2) attempts to contact winner by e- mail are not successful, or if prize is otherwise not claimed. No substitutions or exchanges (including for cash) will be permitted, except we reserve the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value for any prize. The prize is awarded "AS IS" and WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, express or implied (including, without limitation, any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose).
Representation, Warranties, Rights of Ownership:
By entering this Promotion, you grant us the right to display your name as a winner of the prize. You additionally waive all privacy/publicity rights or other legal or moral rights that might preclude our use of your submission, and agree not to sue or assert any claim against us for any such use.
Indemnity:
You agree to indemnify and hold us, our agencies and affiliates, officers, directors, agents, co-branders or other partners, and any of their employees (collectively, the "Indemnitees"), harmless from any and all claims, damages, expenses, costs (including reasonable attorneys' fees) and liabilities (including settlements), brought or asserted by any third party against any of the Indemnitees due to or arising out of the use of any element of your submission, including but not limited to claims for trademark infringement, copyright infringement, violation of an individual's right of publicity or right of privacy, or defamation.
